Booking Process

- Bookings are only final after payment of the deposit

Cancellations by Toty Tours

In case of cancellation by us, you will be fully refunded or may reschedule your excursion.
Modifications
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees of $25 USD per person.

Limitation of Liability
Toty Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, restaurants, transporters, guides). Our liability is limited to the proper organization of booked services.
We are not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or health problems
- Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Cultural or linguistic differences
Mandatory Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation.
Participant Behavior
Participants must:
- Follow safety instructions
- Behave respectfully towards other participants and local populations
- Respect visited sites and the environment
- Be punctual for scheduled appointments
🛂 7. Entry Requirements and Documentation
Passport and Visa
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity after return date
- Tourist visa required for most nationalities

Vaccinations
No vaccinations are mandatory for entry to Egypt, however we recommend consulting your doctor before travel.
Important: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary documents. Toty Tours cannot be held responsible in case of boarding refusal or entry denial.
